We are seeking a Resident Care Director - RN/LPN to lead our clinical team at Edelweiss Village Assisted Living. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse leader—or a strong Nurse Supervisor/ADON ready to step into a Director role—to take ownership of clinical operations and lead a dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing and resident care services in the community
- Lead, hire, train, and develop nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
- Conduct assessments and manage individualized service plans
- Communicate with families, physicians, and leadership
- Maintain compliance with EOEA, HIPAA, and company policies
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and department budget
- Participate in leadership and quality assurance initiatives
- Provide on-call support for clinical and staffing needs
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license (or license eligible)
- Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Geriatrics
- Leadership experience (ADON, Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
