- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and daily living skills.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Occupational Therapist.
- Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
- Current Massachusetts COTA license in good standing (required)
- 1 year experience in a rehab, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting (required)
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
