What You'll Do:

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and daily living skills.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Occupational Therapist.
Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.

What You'll Need:

Current Massachusetts COTA license in good standing (required)
1 year experience in a rehab, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting (required)
CPR certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
