- Manage annual giving and donor relations: coordinate annual fund activities, acknowledgments, and donor stewardship.
- Process and record contributions: accurately handle charitable gifts and ensure compliance with data entry standards.
- Maintain donor database: keep Raiser’s Edge NXT donor records accurate, complete, and confidential.
- Support grants and fundraising events: assist with grant preparation, reporting, and provide logistical support for events and donor engagement.
- Assist philanthropy office operations: support the Grateful Patient Program, correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 1–3 years in fundraising, nonprofit administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with donor databases and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Outgoing, personable, and collaborative with a positive attitude; comfortable interacting with residents, patients, and families.
