Make a meaningful difference for older adults through music‑based interventions that support cognition, mood, and connection.

What You’ll Do

Complete participant assessments and create individualized music therapy plans
Lead 1:1 and group music therapy sessions
Partner with the interdisciplinary team to support participant goals
Document outcomes and adjust interventions based on progress
Educate staff and families on the value of music therapy

What You Need

MT‑BC (Board Certified Music Therapist) + valid MA licensure
Experience with older adults (dementia/Alzheimer’s preferred)
Strong communication skills and a warm, patient‑centered approach
