Board Certified Music Therapist (MT‑BC) – Adult Day Health / Senior Living

Day shift (flexible 8:00am–3:30pm) | Part‑time / Per Diem / Contract

What You’ll Do
- Complete participant assessments and create individualized music therapy plans
- Lead 1:1 and group music therapy sessions
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to support participant goals
- Document outcomes and adjust interventions based on progress
- Educate staff and families on the value of music therapy
What You Need
- MT‑BC (Board Certified Music Therapist) + valid MA licensure
- Experience with older adults (dementia/Alzheimer’s preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a warm, patient‑centered approach
